Flagler District Businesses can provide parking validation.

New "Park, Shop & Dine" Program

Beginning February 01, 2026, Downtown Miami Partnership/ Flagler BID is introducing a new "Park, Shop, & Dine” program in partnership with the Miami Parking Authority. 

 Extended Hours for Discounted Parking Validation for Your Customers and Clients:

• The program will operate in (3) municipal garages for validated parking 24 hours/day 
  7 days/week. 
• Validations may NOT be used for parking during Special Events.  Members will be notified monthly of scheduled Special Events. (dates subject to change)
• $2.00 per validation.  This allows your customers to park for up to 4 hours for $2.00.
• $4.00 per validation.  This allows your customers to park for up to 4 hours for FREE.
• Current 2026 DMP membership ($500) will be required to participate in the program.

 

Weekly Process for Ordering Park & Shop Validations:  
 

1. We receive orders, by email only, weekly through Thursday at 5pm and then forward to Miami Parking Authority (MPA).
2. Orders can be placed (email only) to [email protected].  
3. Validations are delivered following next week/mid-week (usually Wednesday).

 
 Municipal Parking Garages Prices without Validation (subject to change)

• Courthouse Center (G1) 40 NW 3 Street
  • $10 for first 4 hours/$15 all day 
• College Station Garage (G3) 190 NE 3 Street
  • $10 for first 4 hours/$15 all day 
• Convention Center Garage (G4) 100 SE 2 Street
  • $10 for first 4 hours/$20 all day 
• First 30 minutes to exit for free in All Garages.

 (Open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week)

Miami Parking Authority (MPA) has set the new system up so that current validation coupons should continue to work for the new program.  Please advise customers to press the assistance button at the exit or pay station if they have any issue. The MPA Command Center will ensure the correct term and rate are honored.
