Downtown Miami Partnership
Downtown Miami Partnership is a non-profit, community-based membership organization representing property owners, businesses, professionals, and residents who work together to create a vibrant business climate and improve the Quality of Life in the historic Flagler District of Downtown Miami.   

Become a Member – $500/year
1) Downtown Miami "Park & Shop" Program
Downtown Miami Partnership manages the "Park & Shop" program for the Miami Parking Authority.  Current 2025 memberships are required to participate in the program.

 a) Discounted Parking Validation for Your Customers and Clients:
  • $1.50 per validation.  This allows your customers to park for up to 3 hours for $1.00.
  • $3.00 per validation.  This allows your customers to park for up to 3 hours for FREE.
  • The program operates in (3) municipal garages for parking between the hours of 9am-9pm, 7 days/week.
  • Garage tickets issued before 9am or paid after 9pm will receive no discount.
  • Validations may not be used for parking during Special Events (posted on the Miami Parking Authority (Instagram) www.instagram.com/mpacommunity

 b) Municipal Parking Garages Prices w/o Validation
     (Open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week):
  • Courthouse Center (G1) 40 NW 3 Street
    • $10 for first 4 hours/$15 all day 
  • College Station Garage (G3) 190 NE 3 Street
    • $10 for first 4 hours/$15 all day 
  • Convention Center Garage (G4) 100 SE 2 Street
    • $10 for first 4 hours/$20 all day 
  • First 30 minutes to exit for free in All Garages.

2) Flagler District BID
In addition to parking validation, your Annual Membership supports DMP’s Flagler Business Improvement District (BID) initiative. 2025 promises to be an inflection point in Downtown Miami’s historic Flagler District. The much delayed Flagler Street Beautification festival street design should move forward more quickly in coming months, and block-fronts will open to pedestrian-only traffic as they are accepted as “substantially complete” by the City of Miami.

​The Business Improvement Distict (BID) in Downtown Miami's Flagler District will formalize activities for:
  • District Advocacy
  • District Identity, Marketing & Promotion
  • Increased District Security
  • Business Recruitment/Retention
  • Increased District Activities for Local and Tourist Markets
  • Unified Strategy for Maintenance/Improvements

Efforts to improve the Flagler District began by working with the City of Miami to move forward the long-anticipated Flagler Streetscape project.  
Construction commenced in 2021, and the first blocks of the project are being completed..
