The transition from a membership organization to a Businesss Improvement District is a challenging one, and we need your investment in the future of the historic Flagler District.
Thanks again to those who attended Business Improvement District (BID) Meetings for our public introduction of a Plan for a Flagler District BID. Business owners, property owners, and residents were well represented, and there was great support for the Draft Plan.
2) Become a Member of Flagler District BID – $500/year
We greatly appreciate your support and participation in our efforts to champion a 21st Century Flagler District in Downtown Miami.
The Flagler District BID has managed the "Park & Shop" program for the Miami Parking Authority. Half-year memberships ($250) will be available through December 2020.

The Flagler Business Improvement District (Flagler District BID) is a non-profit, community-based membership organization representing businesses, property owners, professionals, and residents who work together to create a vibrant business climate and improve the Quality of Life in the historic Flagler District of Downtown Miami.
During 2020, the BID will focus on District Advocacy, Business Recruitment/ Retention, and District Identity, Marketing & Promotion. We'll also continue building support and initiatives for future Clean and Safe programs and increased activities district wide.
